PPR Pipes & FittingsWe manufacture and offer pipes and fittings of polypropylene random copolymer (PP-R). Owing to the optimum quality of the material used, our PPR Pipes & Fittings are widely applicable in the plumbing and water supply systems. Polypropylene (PP) is a general polyolefin plastic with following specifications that made it useful in the industry: • Excellent heat and pressure resistance • Hygienically safe and non-carcinogenic • Impact strength • Long-term heat resistance and creep performance • High corrosion resistance These characteristics ensure that PP-R pipes and fittings are ideal for water supply material as it can operate for 50 years at 70% internal pressure. The popularity of PP-R pipes and fittings is apparent from its increasing uses worldwide. PPR pipes and fittings are ideal in areas where acidic water causes quick erosion. UPVC SWR Pipes & FittingsWe supply UPVC pipes and fittings with rubber gasket that avails leak proof services at joints. Our range is approved by Civil Engineering Division Council and are manufactured as per IS 13592-1992.
In our fittings, one end of fitting is plain while the other end is self-socketed with an integral groove to hold Rubber Gasket. The plain end of fitting insert in Pipe and another plain end of Pipe/ Fitting can be easily inserted in Pipe/Fitting with the help of rubber lubricant in rubber gasket's end of fittings. This ensures 100% leak proof when the joint is through a rubber gasket. We use cutting edge technology in the formation of our fittings such as extruder & injection molding machines and moulds. UPVC Electrical Pipes & Fittings | DIPLAST RIGID PVC ELECTRICAL CONDUIT PIPES & FITTINGS |
DIPLAST Rigid PVC conduits are manufactured out of best quality Resin & other processing aids.
DIPLAST quality is the best and is tested. Each length of the conduit carries the ISI Certification Marks. IS 9537 (PART III) very clearly mentions that the DIPLAST Rigid PVC non-metallic electrical conduits can be used for `surface' `Recesses' and `concealed' wiring upto 650 volts. Each length bears DIPLAST mark.

Ribbed Diplast Rigid PVC Conduit Pipes are also available for proper adherence between pipes and the cement concrete. These ribbed pipes have been specially developed by Diplast for such applications.

UPVC Plumbing Pipes | Diplast Rigid PVC Plumbing Pipes | `DIPLAST Rigid PVC Plumbing Pipes 'are totally safe in transportation of drinking water since neither the pipe affects in any way the water passing through it nor the water affects the pipe. There is no possibility of contamination.
The pipes do not become pitted or tuberculated and are thus unaffected by fungi & bacteria. The smooth inside surface discourages any bacterial growth or harbouring of the solid matter.
Rigid PVC piping systems used in residential & industrial applications is approved by National Sanitary Foundation (NSF), USA, an independent agency which certifies the manufacturers of plastic piping & piping components and ensures that no possible danger to humans is present from drinking fluids being transported in plastic piping.
With advancement of technology, residual vinyl chloride monomer in the product now is less than 2 ppm which is a very safe limit to be used in food contact applications.

Threading of Pipes use of standard tools eg. Pipe Wrench, Pipe threading dies, Pipe vises etc.
Joining of Threaded pipes & fittings, as per piping layout using standard method of metal pipe line fixing : Provide chamfer before threading. Preferably use parallel threads over other ones. Use of hold tight or Teflon tape for 100% leakproof joint. Over tightning of the joint to be avoided.
